Halo was established after seeing how conventional electricity-connection pathways (and the monopolies involved) could add huge cost, complexity and programme uncertainty to residential development.

Chris has worked across Auckland’s property development and project management sector since 2014, contributing to the delivery of more than $300m in residential housing. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from land acquisition and design through consenting, procurement, sales and project handover. Chris brings a commercially focused, hands-on approach, connecting technical detail, design quality and market realities to help projects move forward successfully.

Sunil Bakshi BBSc, BAS, MArch(Prof)(Merit)

Sunil brings more than a decade of experience across architecture, property development, planning and regulatory compliance. He has helped lead the design and delivery of over $375m in built projects, combining strong design thinking with a practical understanding of buildability, cost and commercial outcomes. A registered LBP designer and NZIA member, Sunil is also a former lecturer and published author known for his considered, solutions-focused approach.
